Name: Eddie Hahn
Bio: Eddie, affectionately known by many of his friends as “Formerly Fast Eddie,” is a veteran of 287 marathons (includes three 50KMs and one 88 and one 100 miler), which he has ran over a fourty year period beginning at Portland Oregon in 1984. He completed his longtime goal of finishing one marathon in every United State October 2014 at Portland, Maine. He has also run marathons in ten different countries, most recently Turks and Caicos Islands in January 2020.
Recent (recent) bests (downhill) 3:33 at Revel Big Bear in November 2020 and 3:38 at the CAR Marcia White Memorial, (last May 2020) (Long Beach, CA) (flat)
Eddie has a personal best time of 2:52 in the marathon at Piscataway New Jersey in 1993. He has a half marathon PR of 1:18 at Seaside Heights, New Jersey in 1994.
Eddie lives in Crestline California with his three children: Samantha 18, Julian 16 and Francis 11. They have one dog, Susie, who has also completed a marathon. Eddie retired from the US Army in 2006 and works as a warehouse associate for SBD3 San Bernardino.
