Steady Improvement Marked by Faster Pace Suzanne began the race with a strong first mile at a 7:18 min/mile pace, maintaining solid early mileage pace before gradually slowing. Notably, her fastest split came during mile 7 with a time of 7:29, reflecting her endurance and ability to push through mid-race. However, her pace slipped from mile 8 to 13, recording her slowest mile at 9:10 during the final leg. This performance secured her a 16th place in the F55-59 division with an overall time of 1:46:21, demonstrating consistent pacing with minor slowdowns in the later miles. Compared to her previous races, Suzanne has made significant progress.
