Steady Effort with Strong Finishes Jonathan's performance in the 2025 REVEL Big Bear Half Marathon demonstrated consistency and strength in the latter stages. With a total time of 2:28:37, he maintained an overall pace of 11:20 minutes per mile. An early steady pace with a first split of 10:10 and a strong finish where he clocked some sub-10-minute and just over 10-minute miles at the tail end is notable, especially the 9:37 split time clocked between miles 8 and 9. Where Jonathan truly excelled was climbing the ranks with strategic pace changes. In the 5th mile, he surged significantly, recording a strong 11:42 split pace and reached his highest placement of 248th overall. Notably, his placement improved in the latter parts of the race as well as per mile 9 where he notably advanced within his division.
