Consistent Effort with Strategic Improvements Needed Lolita Betts participated in the 2025 REVEL Big Bear Half Marathon, setting a consistent pace through most of the race. Her splits started strong with a 9:22 min/mile pace for the first mile and gradually eased to a 10:38 min/mile pace by mile 10. Her performance was highlighted by a strong recovery between miles 8 and 9, where she improved her division placing from 59th to 20th before ultimately finishing 62nd. Overall, Lolita completed the race in 2:26:18, with an average pace of 11:10 min/mile. Compared to her 2019 performance on the same course, her pace saw a slight increase from 10:49 min/mile.
