Consistent Leadership in F40-44 Division Annika Pettersson showcased excellent pacing and consistency throughout the 2025 REVEL White Mountains Marathon. Her overall time was 3:10:20, maintaining a steady average pace of 7:15 min/mile. Interestingly, she secured the 1st place position in her F40-44 age division for the vast majority of the race, ultimately ranking 1st in her division overall. Notably, her splits in the first half of the marathon started strong, maintaining a sub-7:00 min/mile pace in the earlier miles. Mile 4 was particularly impressive with a split pace of 6:29 min/mile. As the race progressed, Annika experienced a slight decline in pace in the later stages, recording split paces around 7:40 min/mile at miles 15, 18, and 19.
