I love skirts... and I love to ride my bike. I have always stuggled wearing a skirt while I ride, and not giving everyone a show. I recently stumbled across this BRILLIANT idea, Penny In Yo Pants. Enjoy!

Welcome Michelle Herr as the new Goldilocks Vegas Event Director

Goldilocks Events is excited to announce Michelle Herr as the new Goldilocks Vegas Event Director. Michelle received her Associates of Science degree from the College of Southern Nevada where she studied Psychology with an emphasis in Pre-Law and Paralegal Studies.

Michelle's athletic aspirations began at a young age and she continues to demonstrate her love for endurance sports by competing within the sports of Triathlon, Duathlon and Cycling. Her biggest accomplishment to date was competing at the ITU Duathlon World Championships in June 2014 in Pontevedra, Spain where she represented Team USA.

Michelle's professional career has a foundation in administration and legal work in addition to promotional, marketing and spokesperson/ambassador positions. Her passion for endurance sports paired with her dedication and technical expertise will enable her to produce an event that is "just right." Michelle enthusiastically embraces the opportunity to create an unforgettable experience for Goldilocks Vegas participants.

Course Navigation From Your Phone!

Ever wondered if you are making the correct turn or if you are still on the course? We just added a new feature to the Goldilocks web site to help you navigate the course using GPS and Google maps on your smart phone. Goldilocks Boise is the first ride to try it out, so try it out and let us know how it goes for you.

Try it out in a few easy steps:

Make sure your GPS is turned on. If you're GPS is off, your location will not be very accurate.
Visit the Goldilocks Boise Courses Page. This will load a map and give you a list of buttons to select the course or courses you would like to display on the map.
Click to "Allow" sharing your devices location:
Scroll to the Interactive Map and click the Fullscreen icon:
Select the course or courses you would like to view on the bottom. The route you selected will appear on the map in a matching color.
Click the current location button at any point and the map will pan to your current location.

Unfortunately we are looking at record heat this year, and we are doing what we can to have the weather ’just right’ on Saturday.

We will have ditch bags (to send extra clothing and gear to the finish line), sunscreen, water, Gatorade, and ice available at every rest stop.

Most importantly we have moved all the start times to one hour earlier and hope to have you ladies across the finish line before it gets too hot.
