Explanation of Withdrawal, Deferral, Transfer, and Cancellation Policy
Unlike other REVEL races, it will NOT be possible to withdraw from this race and receive a refund; nor will it be possible to defer your entry to a future REVEL race. Once registration is complete, your entry is locked in and cannot be undone. However, it will be possible to transfer your entry to another individual per usual at REVEL events. Runners - including those attempting to switch between race days - will be responsible for coordinating with other individuals to execute their transfers using the Transfer Form below. REVEL will not manually perform any transfers.
Each day's race will only take place if the cap of 262 registrants is hit for each respective day prior to the deadline of Nov 17. If the cap for any day is not hit prior to the deadline, the partially-filled race day will be cancelled and all runners who have registered for that day will receive a full refund. Runners are encouraged to wait to book their travel until they receive confirmation that their race day has met its cap.
If any given race day hits its cap and proceeds as planned but later gets cancelled due to restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, all registrants will receive a full refund of their entry fees. Note that REVEL will not issue refunds or reimbursements for travel-related expenses under any circumstances.
If any given race day hits its cap and proceeds as planned but later gets cancelled or postponed due to anything other than COVID-19 (i.e. inclement weather), no refunds will be processed. Under this scenario, registrants will receive a partial credit for their entry fees that may be used at future REVEL events.
In order for us to finalize all the details of the event, the following deadlines for transfering, defering, and withdrawing apply:

When transferring your event entry to another person, you will have to pay a $10.00 USD transfer fee. If you are selling your entry to another person, you are responsible to collect the funds from that person.
To transfer distances, the distance you wish to transfer to must not be sold out. You will be required to pay the current cost difference. In addition, you will pay a $10.00 USD transfer fee. If necessary, you can transfer between events and to another person at the same time. Use the deferment process to transfer to next year's event or to a different location.
