Bio: My name is Brandon Rockwood. I am 23 years old. I have been running for 8 years now. I started in middle school, ran cross country and track all four years in high school, and now I run competitively on my own. I have been a member of the runners roost race team for four years now. My favorite distance is the half marathon, but I usually run every road distance up to a full marathon. I love pacing people, helping anyone get a new PR or whatever goal they have in mind.
