Describe your race day.

Beautiful course with lots of attention to detail. I appreciated the aid stations that were well spaced and the nice volunteers.
Though it would have been nice to have coffee at the finish line since the location was very remote.
Did you PR?

No but wasn’t trying to.
How would you describe the course?

Very scenic and a nice gradual downhill.
Tell us about your training.

Training?
Oh yeah... we’ll just trained normally. Should have done more downhill.
What advice would you give future runners?

Practice running downhill. Pace yourself. Save it till the end.
What fun things did you do in the area before or after the race?

Went to Downtown for dinner. But mostly just used it as an R&R weekend.
