      Nothing beats running with your family and friends.

    3. Did you PR?

      Yes I beat my PR by 20 minutes and qualified for Boston

    4. How would you describe the course?

      The scenery was beautiful. And the downhill was very helpful.

    5. Tell us about your training.

      My training was to rest haha

    6. What advice would you give future runners?

      Let it rip.

    7. What fun things did you do in the area before or after the race?

      Stayed with family so card games and out back steakhouse.

      Beautiful day. Fun having some of my grandkids at the finish. Definitely signing up for next year, are my wife and three of my grown kids.

      BTW—the 1:50 pacers went out way too fast for the first few miles. I was running sub-8:00 miles, and they were well ahead of me. I’ve paced a lot of HM’s and Fulls, and ‘banking’ time never works.

      Race itself was great. Not too sure about the drop off spot to catch the bus. Expo left a LOT to be desired.
