Consistent Performance with Strong Mid-Race Pacing Tasha continued to showcase her racing prowess at the 2025 REVEL Big Cottonwood Half Marathon, completing the race with a time of 1:43:22 and an impressive average pace of 7:53 minutes per mile. Starting off at a steady 7:56 pace during her first mile, Tasha gradually increased her tempo, reaching a peak performance between 4 to 8 miles where her pace consistently dipped below 7:40 minutes per mile. Although she maintained a steady pace throughout, there was a noticeable slowdown in her final miles, with her pace dropping to 8:52 in mile 12. Despite this, Tasha secured the 12th position in her division (F50-54), demonstrating consistent pace control and a strong finish. Compared to her last marathon performance in 2023 where she averaged 8:47 minutes per mile, her half marathon results illustrate speed gains and adaptability to shorter distances. Working on her end-race stamina could improve future performances.
