Averaging an elapsed pace of 5:56 minutes per mile, Jack exhibited consistent pacing, notably hitting a 5:17 mile at the 14-mile mark, his fastest split. His first-mile split began strong at 5:39, setting the tempo for a race marked by steady speed and impressive placement. Jack's consistency paid off as he held the 2nd place position overall, for both his gender and age division. Maintaining a relentless pace from mile 5 to mile 20, his times varied minimally, keeping him in a top position.
