Consistent Pacing with Strong Finishes Emilie maintained a steady pace in the 2025 REVEL Big Cottonwood Half Marathon, achieving an overall time of 2:02:28 and an average pace of 9:20 minutes per mile. Impressively, Emilie showed consistent speed improvement between miles 4 and 5, with split paces of 8:34 and 8:29, respectively. This section was her fastest segment, highlighting her capacity for sustained energy output midway through the race. There was a noticeable slowdown at mile 6, where her pace dropped to 14:31 per mile. However, Emilie regained her rhythm quickly, lowering her pace to around 9:05 min/mile from miles 9 to 11.
