Impressive Negative Splits and Strong Finish! Jennifer Simpson, representing the Rimrock Runners, delivered a remarkable performance at the 2025 REVEL Big Cottonwood Half Marathon. She completed the 13.1-mile course with a total time of 1:52:19, maintaining an average pace of 8:34 min/mile. A pattern of negative splits was evident, with her fastest mile clocked at 7:49 as she continuously increased her speed up until the 8th mile. Her strategic pacing in the latter half of the race allowed her to improve her position significantly. Jennifer moved from 1454th to 1071st overall and finished 63rd in her F35-39 division out of 3972 participants.
