Steady Momentum with Potential for Refinement Hannah Geary, 22, from Springville, showcased her endurance at the 2025 REVEL Big Cottonwood Half Marathon. Maintaining a consistent pace, her performance was marked by strategic tempo adjustments. She demonstrated a strong start with a 10:28 min/mile pace over the first mile, followed by an initial slowdown to a 11:00 min/mile pace by the second mile. Subsequently, she regained momentum, keeping her pace close to the 10:30 min/mile mark until the sixth mile. Despite a deceleration in the later miles, notably the seventh, with a split pace of 15:40 min/mile, Hannah completed the race in 2:34:36, at an average pace of 11:48 min/mile. Finishing 2993rd out of 3972 participants and 1825th among females, she secured the 477th position in her division (F19-24).
