Describe your race day.
Perfect day! I don't know how you do it, but I have run this race for three years in a row and the weather is always perfect! I love how much you put into the race and make it such a fun experience! Thank you!

Sadly but no - maybe one of these days!

How would you describe the course?
Beautiful! I love running down Big Cottonwood Canyon - and the road to the finish line is great - since it is mostly downhill as well.

Tell us about your training.
I would do more hill training! Both up and down.

What advice would you give future runners?
Dress warm at the top - but plan for a hot finish if you are as slow as I am!

What fun things did you do in the area before or after the race?
I love the way you provide the race results - you just make the whole thing so special! I only traveled from West Valley City.
