Describe your race day.

Everything was fantastic . The volunteers were awesome! The weather was stunningly perfect. I met a girl Sabrina from Palm Beach area and she already did the Center of the Nation. I am doing those races THIS Monday through Friday.
Did you PR?

No I set a personnel worst due to Porta potty issues!
How would you describe the course?

Scenic and tough on the quads#YEOW
Tell us about your training.

Did long runs on the weekend but played tennis and golf during the week!
What advice would you give future runners?

Downhill is tough. Do some up and down stair climbing if you don't have hills like UTAH.
What fun things did you do in the area before or after the race?

We are going to Yellowstone. We came fom Michigan and I am trying to complete all fifty state half marathons before I die!
