  1. Overall Rating

    4/5 Stars

  2. Describe your race day.

To start things off: The Intermoutain Health guy at the top of the marathon was so pleasant and helpful to everyone. I had a nagging left hamstring ( from last July 4, 15, when I climbed Mt Olympus then ran down.
The health care provider taped me up perfectly.
I hugged him after the race and thanked him.
The goo packs could have been more accessible but thank you for consistent nutrition.

One thing I would change is have creamy's and more chocolate milk for the marathoners and whole grain bread even if your sponsors have to pay for it and maybe get rid of the band if that's a big cost
Pizza and Coke is not a good way to finish the race

  3. Did you PR?

Yes. My best prior was Ogden 2014 3:40
    9/12/15 BC 3:19:45. BQ

Get on a program. Run 10ks and half marathon races as part of your training
You're not going to qualify for Boston the first time

  7. What fun things did you do in the area before or after the race?
