    Today the weather was perfect! The volunteers where awesome!

    Yes I did PR and BQ

  4. How would you describe the course?

    Just beautiful! Everything was good!

  5. Tell us about your training.

    More miles a week! Just keep pushing and belive in yourself!

  6. What advice would you give future runners?

    Train on down hill more often!

  7. What fun things did you do in the area before or after the race?

    Came from California! Ate at good restaurants and hung out with good friends!
