2. Describe your race day.

   The canyon was great and I was going well! Once I got out of the canyon and the heat hit, I slowed down but had a great time

3. Did you PR?

   No PR. I was 7 minutes away

4. How would you describe the course?

   Beautiful, so beautiful

5. Tell us about your training.

   Could've been better but with vacations back to back, interrupted my commitment to the schedule

6. What advice would you give future runners?

   Train on a similar type of terrain, it is hard on your body and you need to be ready

7. What fun things did you do in the area before or after the race?

   Before, none
   After I hung out at our group tent and then cheered in runners
