   No.

4. How would you describe the course?

   Miserable the last 8 miles.

   Running BCC every flipping Sat...

6. What advice would you give future runners?

   Train all uphill.

7. What fun things did you do in the area before or after the race?

   Double dragoned in the honey bucket.
