   Fun and fast

3. How would you describe the course?

   Nice a little steep but so much fun for my slow pace

4. Tell us about your training.

   Of gosh it's been all year, one half, two fills and cottonwood. So fun

5. What advice would you give future runners?

   Train, get your runs done

6. What fun things did you do in the area before or after the race?

   Met up with my sister and had a great lunch with her and her kiddos for her birthday. Shopped and just had an amazing day
