  2. Describe your race day.

My favorite thing today was crossing the finish line with my daughter, a first time runner! She started cramping up hard at Mile 12.5 and almost fell to the ground. I grabbed on to her and held her up. We walked (well she limped) in. She was crying. When we got to the chute the crowd cheered so loud for her! The crowd read her name on her bib and called her by name. They gave her a hero's welcome. It was awesome. Nobody cares if you can barely walk across the line. They are just so happy for you that you made it!

  3. Did you PR?

    No

  4. How would you describe the course?

The course is beautiful! The S turn is a favorite. I just love to see the layers of runners right there! The police are so kind and courteous. The first aid team was awesome, especially the biker with his backpack! The photographers are super fun too.

**please put more portapotties at mile 3 of the half and less at mile 12

  5. What fun things did you do in the area before or after the race?

Traveled up from Pleasant Grove in Utah county.

More potties at mile 3 of the half. Mostly older people in line (it's those meds we take...when you gotta go, you gotta go!) Slowed us wayyyyyy down to have to wait 14 minutes in line!
