Bio: Stephen has been running since 2012. He first started as a way to lose weight and be an example for his patients, as he is a doctor. However, he fell in love with running, and has been doing it ever since. He now runs races of all distances, often around 20 events per year, and one of his favorite things to do is to help people reach their goals by being a pacer.
