Bio: I am very involved in the running community. I have been on the Runners Roost team for about seven years now. I started running all the way back in middle school, my gym teacher got me started. I ran all four years of cross country and track in high school. After graduating, I just keep running and have been going ever since. I really have a love for the sport. I love getting out and racing competitively, but I also really enjoy helping other runners achieve their goals by pacing.
