2. Describe your race day.

   I love this course and the volunteer support. Perfect weather.
   Of course I did not train properly and suffered for that but for the 3rd year in a row I swore to work harder and do better next year.

3. Did you PR?

   No, but it was my own fault.

4. How would you describe the course?

   Beautiful, fast, great.

5. Tell us about your training.

   Not much to tell. Will do better next year and compete for a medal in the 65+ category

6. What advice would you give future runners?

   Enjoy the experience.
   Don't let the downhill fool you and run a nice steady pace.
   Drink water at every station even if you don't think you need it.
