2. Describe your race day.

   The course was excellent and the staff professional and very well organized.

3. Did you PR?

   Yes, I did. I didn't fully realize how a downhill course would effect my time.

4. How would you describe the course?

   The staff were very supportive and enthusiastic, everyone I interacted with was very friendly. Perfect weather and the route was well staffed with police and volunteers, I felt really safe. Bear creek was running high and the course couldn't have been better.

5. Tell us about your training.

   I did a loose version of the Higdin 1/2 training schedule.

6. What advice would you give future runners?

   The morning was a little cold, the starting point is typically 10 degrees colder than the finish.

7. What fun things did you do in the area before or after the race?

   I live 4 miles from the finish line, we are locals.
