Consistent Pace with Strategic Adjustments Trace Lund maintained a consistent performance throughout the race. Despite some slight slowing towards the final miles, Trace managed to keep a steady pace around 7:30 min/mile across the majority of the race. Trace's overall time was 3:23:04, with an average pace of 7:45 min/mile. A noteworthy element in this race is how Trace maintained a steady position within his age division, finishing 84th.
