Steady Pacing Leads to Solid Finish Qiongxiu Mei, 52, from Fresh Meadows, NY, participated in the 2025 REVEL Mt Charleston Marathon representing the Misty Mountain Runners. Her race commenced with a strong start; the initial 5 miles showcased a consistent performance with split paces well below her overall average, highlighted by a quick 7:03 min/mile in the third mile. Her pace was steady, maintaining around 7:37-7:42 min/mile from miles 6 to 14.
