Consistent Pacing and a Strong Finish Lacy Lange from Las Vegas participated in the 2025 REVEL Mt Charleston Half Marathon. She maintained a consistent pace with an overall time of 1:57:09 and an average pace of 8:56 min/mile. Lacy showed a steady performance across the course with minimal variation in her pacing. Particularly notable was her final split at mile 13, clocking at 9:01, which demonstrates her ability to sustain energy throughout the race. Analyzing the splits, the sixth mile showed a slower pace at 10:10, suggesting some room for pacing adjustments in the middle of the race. However, Lacy rebounded impressively in mile 7 with an 8:17 split time, her fastest of the race, reflecting her capability to adjust and improve on the go. Lacy placed 30th in the F30-34 division out of 1608 participants. Continuing to focus on middle segment pacing could further enhance her performance in future races. Great job representing Team Ohana!
