Consistent Start with Opportunities to Refine Strategy Abigail demonstrated a consistent performance in the first half of her race, beginning with a strong 6:58 in the first mile. Her pace remained steady between 7:11 and 7:28 through mile five. The splits show she maintained positions within her division, placing 10th consistently until the fifth mile. Abigail's ability to sustain a similar pace through the first half is commendable and demonstrates solid initial pacing. In the latter stages, after mile eight, there was a noted gradual pace slowdown, with her split increasing to 8:31 by mile 10. The drop in pace from mile 9 suggests a potential area of focus for future races. Encouragingly, her team, LANKers, shows community support, potentially beneficial for shared experiences and advice.
