Consistent Pacing and Strong Finish Sarah Pollard, from Provo, UT, demonstrated impressive consistency throughout the 2025 REVEL Mt Charleston Marathon. Her overall elapsed time was 3:27:14, with an average pace of 7:54 min/mile over the 26.2-mile course. Starting the race with a pace of 8:39 in the first mile, Sarah increased her speed significantly by the second mile, maintaining her splits mostly under 8:00 min/mile thereafter. Her steadiness was evident as she advanced from a split pace of 8:50 min/mile in the 12th mile to a remarkable 7:21 min/mile on the final mile. While maintaining perseverance, Sarah displayed an aptitude for closing strong, moving up in placements as the race progressed.
