Consistent Pace with a Strong Early Performance Lyle Phelps delivered a steady race performance at the 2025 REVEL Mt Charleston Half Marathon, maintaining a commendable pace throughout. Starting with a brisk 8:21 min/mile, he consistently held his pace close to the 8:30 min/mile mark for most of the race. His fastest split was at Mile 7, with a remarkable 7:39 min/mile, displaying impressive speed at this stage of the race. Phelps finished with an elapsed time of 1:55:48 and an overall pace of 8:50 min/mile. He achieved 7th place in the M65-69 division, a solid result among a competitive field. While he experienced a drop in pace in the later miles, with the slowest split at 9:52 min/mile, his overall performance remained strong.
