Consistent Effort with Improved Division Placement Deborah maintained a steady pace throughout the race, finishing the 2026 REVEL Mt Charleston Half Marathon with an elapsed time of 4:28:20 and an average pace of 20:29 min/mile. Her splits demonstrated consistency, with the first mile at 18:16 min/mile and maintaining paces near 20 min/mile in later miles. Notably, her quickest split time was recorded in mile 4 at a pace of 17:35 min/mile. Although she experienced slower miles towards the end, her performance overall showed determination and resilience. In the F60-64 division, Deborah placed 46th, an improvement from her previous place of 45th in the F55-59 division in 2025. Her overall and gender placements also indicated competitive progress, with a final placement of 1315th overall, ahead of 227 participants. To gain further improvement, focusing on maintaining early mile paces in later stages could be considered for future races.
