Consistent Effort with Room for Growth in Early Splits Sheri Camp completed the 2026 REVEL Mt Charleston Half Marathon with a final time of 3:41:31. Her performance was steady, maintaining an average pace of 16:54 min/mile over the 13.1-mile course. Although her splits began with a solid 13:21 for the first mile, there was a noticeable trend of increasing times throughout the race, with a final split of 18:30 for the 13th mile. Camp's performance placed her consistently in the 5th to 7th range within her age division of F70-74. Her initial placement of 5th in the division for the first two miles shows capability, but subsequent splits became slower. Compared to her 2019 performance on the same course where she achieved a time of 2:59:37 with a 13:42 min/mile pace, focusing on pace management and endurance could help improve future results. It's commendable that she represents the 50 States Half Marathon Club, showcasing her experience and commitment.
