Consistent Early Performance, Tough Finish Terrance Carter from Las Vegas demonstrated solid consistency in the early stages of the half marathon. Starting with a pace of 10:03 min/mile, Terrance maintained a strong rhythm through the fourth mile with only slight variation, before encountering a challenge at the fifth mile, which saw a dip in split pace to 14:09 min/mile. Despite this, he bounced back with the second fastest split time of 10:02 min/mile in the sixth mile, which was a strong recovery effort. In the latter half of the race, pace averaged slightly over 11 min/mile, peaking at 14:36 min/mile for mile 11. Notably, the 11th mile coincided with a significant improvement in place, climbing to 841 overall, highlighting a competitive edge. The final stretch concluded with an overall time of 2:34:40.
