Maintaining a consistent pace throughout, her splits show a commendable effort, with eight of the 13 splits ranging closely around a 9:40 - 9:50 min/mile pace. Notably, she improved her overall placement progressively, climbing from 716th at mile 1 to 566th by mile 11, a gain of 150 places, before finishing 652nd. In her division, F40-44, Helena placed 44th, while she secured a striking 319th position out of all female participants, indicating a strong competitive standing. While her pace slightly decreased towards the end, she managed to maintain an overall pace of 10:02 min/mile.
