Consistent Pacing with Late Challenges Connor Alleman demonstrated a strong performance in the 2026 REVEL Mt Charleston Marathon, finishing with an elapsed time of 3:06:14 over the 26.2-mile course. This placed him 5th in the M19-24 division. His overall pace was 7:06 min/mile. Connor started the race with a 7:00 min/mile split, quickly establishing a fast pace early despite later split times slightly increasing toward the race's end. A notable highlight was Connor's ability to maintain a well-paced race through much of the marathon, with an impressive mid-race focus in miles 3-5, where his split paces consistently hovered around 6:42-6:48 min/mile. However, in the final miles, there was a noticeable slowdown, with mile 23 clocked at 8:31 min/mile followed by mile 24 at 8:51 min/mile. Refining the endurance for these closing miles could improve overall results in future races. Solid effort by Connor overall!
