Consistently strong throughout the race, Amy maintained an impressive overall pace of 7:21 min/mile, completing the 13.1 mile course in 1:36:24. She secured the 3rd place position in her F40-44 division. Amy started strong with a swift opening mile of 6:53 min/mile and showed great determination throughout the race. Interestingly, Amys fastest split was during mile 4, with a split pace of 6:39 min/mile, demonstrating her capability to maintain speed mid-race. Despite some slowing in the later stages, her pacing strategy allowed her to finish strong.
