  3. How would you describe the course?

    Beautiful. Quads sore at finish, but good course

  4. Tell us about your training.

    Distances up to 20 miles with tempo runs and speed work. FAST training program method. Next time I'll incorporate more downhill runs.

  5. What advice would you give future runners?

    Stay at a hotel close to the finish line NOT the starting line since there's no transportation back to the hotel.
