Describe your race day.
V good course, great conditions, I hadn't trained as well as I should have for this race. I was focussing to run 3:13 but ended up with 3:25.

Easy, great gradient to run a PR

Not a structured training , about 40 miles per week of training

What advice would you give future runners?
Train for downhills.

Just race. Travelled from San Jose, CA
Perfect course to PR.
