    Saw lots of friends and loved volunteering at the Expo!

  3. Did you PR?

    No slow and steady Marathon and ultra number 227.

  4. How would you describe the course?

    Downhill, scenic and fast!

  5. Tell us about your training.

    Well I run a marathon or ultra every weekend so that keeps me trained for the next 26.2 or beyond.

  6. What advice would you give future runners?

    Train on downhill's as well as speed workouts. Train regularly.

  7. What fun things did you do in the area before or after the race?

    Casino, shows and lots of rest. I traveled from EL Paso TX.
