2. Describe your race day.

   Was great

3. Did you PR?

   Yes and qualified for the Boston by 17min

4. How would you describe the course?

   Fast first half, harder second half. But really enjoyed the down hill parts

5. Tell us about your training.

   Follow the advance marathon book

6. What advice would you give future runners?

   Pace yourself, it's too easy to start off fast and then you are struggling at the end

7. What fun things did you do in the area before or after the race?

   Nothing. Was way too sore
