  2. Describe your race day.

    Great logistics for the parking, transportation, bag pick-up, start, aid stations, # of bathrooms. finish line with bios (this was ssssooooo great!!), medics (I just wanted to sit for a few minutes). . pizza! Apple pie!!
    Friendly photo people!
    Well stocked aid stations even for us at the back!!
    Nice runners on course.
    LOVE THE BACKDROPS AND SIGNS AT THE FINISH!!!

    Yes . . .by over 20 minutes. :)
    This is a BQ for me. (by over 3 hours for the Mobility Impaired Division!).

  4. How would you describe the course?

    Challenging downhill for someone like me in leg braces and a cane, but doable . .. I looked at the course profile, but I missed how much uphill there was from miles 13.5-21!

    I would try to find more downhill to train on . ..

  6. What advice would you give future runners?

    Run more downhill. .then find uphill to go after, too!

  7. What fun things did you do in the area before or after the race?

    Just relaxed at the hotel after the expo.

    We loved the backdrops for pics at the expo!

    Only things I can think to improve . . more pacing groups for the slower runners of the marathon.
