  2. Describe your race day.

    beautiful day. Fun but extremely challenging day

  3. Did you PR?

    Nope. Quads were just too beat up in second half

  4. How would you describe the course?

    Great views. Extremely hard on the quads as the downhills get you over time.

  5. Tell us about your training.

    Trained well with multiple hills but not enough just downhill training which is key for this course.

  6. What advice would you give future runners?

    Respect the downhill and try to hold back on the first 13

  7. What fun things did you do in the area before or after the race?

    Stayed in Pasadena. Ate, shopped, great place. Live in Carlsbad
