    FAST, FAST, FAST!

  4. Tell us about your training.

    5 days a week minimum. Learning to lean forward at the ankles instead of the waist makes such a huge difference. My time was reduced tremendously, without any additional effort.

  5. What advice would you give future runners?

    Find a course that is similar to prepare yourself for the downhill.

  6. What fun things did you do in the area before or after the race?

    I enjoyed the festivities. After all the hard training, all runners deserved some play time!
