    Had a good race. Enjoyed the course.

    No

  4. How would you describe the course?

    Nice, gentle downhill with a few hills to brreak things up.

  5. Tell us about your training.

    None. I was in a horrible car accident on July 2nd, so this was my first run since CDAIM 70.3 on June 23rd.

  6. What advice would you give future runners?

    Train on downhills. Strengthen your quads via weight training. Wear layers. Run tired.

  7. What fun things did you do in the area before or after the race?

    Hung out with friends. Traveled from Las Vegas, NV
