Describe your race day.
On pace til about Mile 22 then the quads started screaming.

Did you PR?
Yes. The half marathon by 9 minutes and the full by 22 minutes.

How would you describe the course?
Loved it. The 2nd half had more uphill than I expected.

Tell us about your training.
I had enough road training but need more training in the trails and hills. I'll do more hill/stair repeats to train for next year.

What advice would you give future runners?
Train on downhill and strengthen your quads.

What fun things did you do in the area before or after the race?
We just went to visit the Columbia River.
