Loved it. Everything was so organized!
Yes, 1 minute. No-
Scenic, comfortable elevation.
Running up and down mountain trails. I would've starTed training earlier for a better pace. Start training early and practice on inclines and declines!
Bring something to keep you warm before start, wear good shoes, use body glide, pace yourself, stop for water when you need to, and definitely train!

We're from Utah! Revel was amazing!
PERFECT! The course, logistics, and volunteers were absolutely amazing! It was so worth it!
Nope! Didn't even try to PR. Got caught up in the breathtaking scenery! Cannot race such a beautiful course.
BEAUTIFUL! Stunning! Gorgeous! There is a hill around mile 3 but the course is basically all downhill.
Love, love, love this race!

Great course. Need more water stations after exiting the main canyon. Wished for more expo stations at finish line.
Yes
Great scenery. Good road. Loved the course.
Glad I trained for pounding downhill
Cold start but hot finish. Be prepared
That was a little disappointing to me, not enough activities after the race.
Good course
The the course and the views. There should have been an MC to start the race.
Yes. By 5 minutes.
Loved it.
I didn't train enough.
Dress warm and be prepared to donate the clothes.
Hiked. It could have been nice for you to do a pre race dinner for purchase to meet others and direct participants to a happy hour to celebrate post race... You could get more sponsors and make more memories for others. I am visiting from Orlando.

Great!
Great
Space blankets provided at the start to keep everyone warm.
I PR'd by 8 minutes. The course is fast!
Beautiful course, but you barely have time to enjoy it because this track really gets you moving fast!
I wish I had done more downhill training on my long runs.
Beyond Glazed donuts offers a great variety sweet to help celebrate.
Awesome!! Absolutely beautiful!! And the race is so well organized. Loved every minute!
A-mazing!! I had done the half marathon before. Full marathon was even better. I've been running marathons for 14 years and this is, by far, my favorite. So well organized. Such a beautiful course. And so fast!
Yes! 3:28. My previous best was 3:46.
I love downhill courses. If you can figure out a way to cut out any uphill, I would like it even more.
Training for downhill is hard. I usually run UP Farmington canyon, to run back DOWN. The uphill is good training, but sort of changes muscle structure - and consumes most of the time. I haven't figured out a way to do all downhill training yet. Let me know if you have ideas!
Good weather early, but I can imagine it could be reallllly cold this time of year, especially with rain. So I would say dress super warm in the morning. Train downhill, to get the callouses instead of blistering out. Go all out on the downhills to get ahead for the flats and uphills.
Drove in from Farmington this morning. Took about 40 min to drive. Buses were well organized. You guys do a really good job. Give yourself a pat on the back! Also - thanks for the blanket, gloves, head band, all the extras in the swag bag. Makes the marathon really great.
See you next year!
I ran down the canyon... Haha and it was beautiful and cold, the way I like it!
yes by 5 minutes, 1:33:20
all down hill, fun
i had a long run each week up and down hill. I built up those runs and then tapered down a few weeks before the race. I do hill and speed workouts sometimes. I have about 3 rest days or more per week
The second line is actually the finish. That was confusing after running a hard race. I sprinted to the end and caught some people, but I wasn't sure if I crossed unhealthy line in the moment. Make sure shoes are a good fit. I ran in somewhat new shoes and got blisters on my toes because they squished them. Don't wear extra clothing, then you'll have to carry it. You'll be warm enough running. Give it your all down the steep parts. Let loose and let gravity take you down!
I'm going to school in Provo , but from Alaska. I just hung out with friends
Beautiful run and a great downhill race.
It was a post baby PR by 2 minutes.
Fast and beautiful.
I don't train. I keep running so I don't have to.
Don't assume downhill is cake. You need to train down hill or you will be sorry!
I woke up and fed a baby...then travel from the far off land of South Jordan.
